Dinner with the Experts: The Power of a Plant Based Diet for Health & Happiness

Crown Point Ecology Center will welcome nationally-recognized author and nutrition expert Jane Esselstyn, RN for the second in a three-part healthy dinner series. In collaboration with Mustard Seed Market & Café, Esselstyn will present “The Power of Plant Based Diet for Health and Happiness.”

Jane Esselstyn is an avid and inventive designer of plant-strong recipes and the co-author of The Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook. She created the recipe sections of #1 NY Times bestseller, Plant-Strong and The Engine 2 Seven Day Rescue, by Rip Esselstyn. Jane is a fresh, charismatic voice bringing her perspective and passion as a nurse, researcher, mother, and teacher to her presentations, food demonstrations, and cookbooks with clarity, hilarity, and a can-do attitude.
