Embroidered Ornaments

Join us for our next “Make It and Take It” project at the Northwest Family Recreation Center: this month we are making… embroidered ornaments! Monday, Dec. 16th at 7-8:30 pm $5 to make one ornament, or $10 to make two.

Join us for our monthly adult art class this December!

Whether you celebrate the holidays in December or not, we have an embroidery design for you to make!

Choose from 3 different embroidery designs. Instructor will be there to provide personalized instruction.

Not only will you leave with a beautiful ornament to hang up wherever you like– you will also learn a handful of embroidery stitches and techniques in the process.

We will learn the back-stitch, the chain-stitch, the satin-stitch, and the french knot.

After taking this class you will be able to continue to create embroidered designs on your own!

If you don’t finish your ornament during class, you make take home some embroidery floss and a needle to finish at home.

Sign up by calling the Northwest Family Recreation Center: 330-375-2849

Payment may be made in person anytime, or on the night of the class! We accept card, cash, or checks.
