Faculty saxophonist Todd Gaffke will be hosting a virtual recital on Sunday, November 1 at 3 p.m.

Faculty saxophonist Todd Gaffke will be hosting a virtual recital on Sunday, November 1 at 3 p.m.  The program is called “Election Year,” and it will feature a relatively brief collection of solo saxophone works that speak to some of the experiences throughout an election year.  Composers of these works include James Wilding, Rob Buckland, Benjamin Boone, Takuma Itoh, Joel Love, and Eve Beglarian. Dr. Gaffke will also share information from the University of Akron’s Bliss Institute on the importance of voting and how to vote in this election.
