Fellowship Information Session

Akron Soul Train’s 2018-19 fellowship application are live from March 1st through April 30th. The AST Fellowship Selection Committee awards several artist fellowships annually. Chosen artists receive a stipend to create a body of new work. During their fellowships, artists will also engage with Akron’s art community through teaching workshops, and giving demos and artist talks. At the end of each fellowship, the art created is presented to the public at an exhibition or performance.  Regional artists of all disciplines including visual, performing, and written arts are invited to apply.
