Finding Inner Resilience in Community

Finding Inner Resilience in Community

Tapping into our inner resources can feel like a futile endeavor when we are emotionally spent. In this 90-minute, trauma-informed workshop, experience the power of community in accessing inner resources and strengthening the capacity for resilience. This workshop is an introduction to the practice of Circle Ways, a structured process where these resources are shared as peers bear witness and collective healing is activated. The process also involves grounding, or being fully present to one’s inner resources, through art making, body awareness, and storytelling.

Those who serve distressed populations (such as teachers, therapists, and youth workers), will particularly benefit from learning how to guide others in accessing and grounding their own inner resources.
