The Knight Stage at the Akron Civic Theatre

FORECAST, contemporary jazz. The native Cleveland contemporary jazz band performs a musical blend of instrumental jazz, funk, rock, reggae, and pop. The band is composed of vibraphonist Lem Adams, saxophonist Riley Richard, keyboardist Alphonso McDuffie, bassist Gary Stevenson, drummer John Turner.

In addition to their regular performance dates the band has opened for Earl Klugh, The Crusaders, Stanley Turrentine, Bob Newhart, Roy Ayers, Grover Washington Jr., Jeff Lorber, Angie Bofill, Michael Paulow, Pieces of a Dream, Brian Auger, Bob James, Maysa, Brian Simpson, Marion Meadows, Najee,  David Garfield, Althea Renee, Jhazmin Ghent, just to mention a few. House band for the Cleveland Cavaliers 2002-2003.  Stage band for the Regional Emmy Awards for 2015-2019.
