A program of the GAC Leadership Dialogue Series
Please join us on March 23rd at 9:30 a.m. for a conversation featuring Dana Brownlee, President of Professionalism Matters and Senior Contributor for Forbes Careers and Dr. Cliff Deveny, President and CEO of Summa Health. During this event, Ms. Brownlee and Dr. Deveny will talk about what it means to be anti-racist and discuss elements critical to fostering an anti-racist workplace, including addressing microaggressions, establishing strong and consistent leadership, and addressing internal systems that perpetuate racism and inhibit inclusion. The two will also engage in a dialogue about practices companies can put into place to create an environment and culture where courageous conversations about race can take place.
