Have you always wanted to try yoga but were unsure if you could do it?

Did you used to go to yoga class but have have drifted away? Be led in warm-up stretches and breathing exercises, move through yoga poses with the help of a chair, end sessions with music and nature sounds. Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel and a water bottle.
