This is a very participatory workshop, during which intercultural communication skills are trained. Cultural variety broadens our horizon and shapes our professional success. Alternatively, it can be at the core of conflicts and failures. In the unknown lies the opportunity: hope, curiosity, and sometimes fear. Participants will exercise approaching and building relationships with representatives from other cultures, based on our common characteristics, while respecting the cultural differences.
