Improvisation for Resilience

at Online/Virtual Space

Improvisation for Resilience

Learn how to find comfort in feeling the connection of uncertainty. Studies have shown that improvisation can actually break down the difficulty in trusting our natural resilience. In this fun, non-pressured workshop, you will learn improv games designed to encourage problem solving, attunement to others, and trust in self—all trademarks of resilience. Join Neal King, LCSW, for an entertaining hour of spontaneous laughter, relief, and connection in a non-judgmental environment, where you can be the star or the observer. No experience necessary. This workshop is intended for adults only.
