Walsh Jesuit High School’s CenterStage Theatre is proud to announce the opening of INTO THE WOODS on March 11, 2016. Showtimes are March 11, 12, 18, and 19 at 7:30pm, March 10 and 17 at 7pm, March 12,13,19 and 20 at 2pm. “We are very excited to bring INTO THE WOODS to Walsh Jesuit because it is such an extraordinary musical that teaches us so much about ourselves and those around us”, says David Banks, Director of the production. “This is a fantastic story that takes many of the Grimm fairytales, fractures them a bit, then shows what can happen after the happily ever after”. INTO THE WOODS is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine. It debuted on Broadway in 1987 and ran for 764 performance garnering many awards during its initial Broadway run including Best Actress in a Musical and Best Original Book and Score. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for students and Senior Citizens. March 10 is a preview show and all tickets for that show only are $5.00.

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.
