Intro to Tapping

Intro to Tapping

Tapping is a beautifully simple technique that everyone can learn and benefit from. It provides relief from chronic pain, emotional issues (depression/anxiety/eating disorders), addictions, phobias, PTSD, physical challenges and more.

Like acupuncture and acupressure, the process of tapping works with the body’s energy meridian points. In this class you will learn exactly how to stimulate these meridians by tapping them with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own healing ability and energy. Taught by Taught by Holly Timberlake, PhD, DCEP, this class is open to all ages, individuals and families (7 and up). You will study:

– the basics of the tapping
– fine points to heighten the power of a self-tapping practice
– ways to reverse negative beliefs, mental & behavioral patterns that keep you stuck in self-sabotaging dynamics
– how to know what to say/what issues/challenges to target as you tap through the points
