Journey Breathwork

Breath of Empowerment is a breath centered energetic meditation that facilitates an inward journey to clear physical and energetic blockages. In this workshop we will use the breath to reach a controlled altered-state of consciousness.

This practice increases the flow of vital life force energy and cultivates your personal power to attract and manifest what you want to create in your life, that which is most authentically you.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS:

Rachel Basham and Alan Beers
Rachel trained with a nonprofit organization in Brighton, Michigan for 5 years, volunteering in exchange for her education and training. In her time there she co-facilitated multi-day retreats, single day intensives, and 3 hour intro workshops for survivors of all severe traumas, but primarily that of sexual assault. She trained alongside some of the most renowned breathwork practitioners in the world.

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.
