Join Lisa for yoga with your child(ren). This offering is sure to be fun & playful with plenty of smiles and is intended for children ages 5-10. Kids will build physical strength, increase focus and concentration, and improve flexibility. They will learn tools to help them manage stress and cultivate a calm mind. A treat will be provided after every class.
ADMISSION INFO
$30 includes (3) 45 minute yoga classes for 1 parent and 1 child. Additional children are $5.00 ea. per session. Classes are held on 12/15, 1/12, and 2/9.
