This class is for parents and children ages 8 and up
Class can be take with parents or just child. Learn ways to help your child with REAL life issues.

- Heartbreak
No yoga experience is needed at all. This is not your typical posed yoga class. I will teach your children powerful tools they can use EVERYDAY to help process emotions. We need our kids to learn new ways to handle life stresses!
