Massage Therapy

Massage is the manipulation of soft tissues in the body. Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms, feet, or a device. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain.

Karen is a Licensed Massage Therapist and offers two types of massage:

Relation Massage
Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, relieves muscular tension, plus improves circulation and range of movement. This is the style of massage you’ll find performed at day spas. Swedish massage is probably the best-known form of relaxation massage.
$35.00 for 30 minutes
$60.00 for 60 minutes

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massages, however, are designed to focus on the deeper layers of muscle tissues and fascia, the protective layer that surrounds muscles and joints.
