NCCAkron Virtual Dance Club

Based on our in-person Dance Club that occurred in 2018, we’re taking this social experiment for dance audiences to the virtual space to cultivate curiosity in individuals who have little to no experience with dance.

Based on our in-person Dance Club that occurred in 2018, we’re taking this social experiment for dance audiences to the virtual space.  Virtual Dance Club continues with a goal of cultivating curiosity in individuals who have little to no experience with dance.

FREE — enrollment is limited and closes 11pm on Monday, 5/11 (or until all slots are filled)!
Watch dance together, and participate in an informal discussion to deepen your own engagement and understanding of the art form, and develop your critical lens.
Pre-requisites:
• Must be 18 years and older.
• Must have access to a computer with live-stream and video-conferencing capability (we’ll be using Zoom to chat with one another).
• All comfort levels with dance are welcome, but priority will be given to people who do not engage with dance very often.
