Nourishment & Optimal Energy for the Female Athlete

Lady athletes: The old paradigms of nutrition and calorie counting are out and a healthy and well-nourished body, mind and spirit are “in!” Learn how to optimize nourishment for your FEMALE body and to achieve a higher level of performance.

Women/girls of all ages who run, play soccer/tennis/volleyball/etc, bike or teach sports or exercises classes… learn how to optimize nourishment for your FEMALE body and to achieve a higher-level of performance, no matter what your skill level.

This workshop will showcase super foods, micronutrients, gut health, the food/mood connection, label reading, breath work/mindfulness and more. And, it will help minimize confusion about which foods are best for fueling your body before, during and after competition.

The old paradigms of nutrition and calorie counting are out and a healthy and well-nourished body, mind and spirit are “in!” A green smoothie demonstration will also be included in this workshop.
