Back like we never left, KOTA is back with independent hip-hop at its finest, real beats and rhymes, music with a message.

For all those who enjoy classic hip-hop beats and rhymes, September 3rd at Musica is the place for you.  Keepers of the Art and international Hip-Hop Preservation Project (HHPP) presents Oakland California’s own Hieroglyphic Crew, featuring Souls of Mischief, Casual, DJ Toure and Domino.  Musica is located at 51 E. Market St, Akron Ohio 44308.  General admission is $10.  Purchase tickets at theofficialmusica.com.

EASY FREE DOWNTOWN AKRON PARKING
Parking is a breeze when you’re coming to Musica! Event parking is FREE at the LIBRARY PARKING DECK at 40 S. HIGH STREET, on the corner of Market and High Street. This deck is across the street from the Akron Art Museum and attached to Akronym Brewing. Take the cross-walk at Market Street and you’ll be at Musica! Parking is free on nights and weekends. Please don’t park on the lot on Maiden Lane outside of Musica as those spots are reserved for residents of The Lofts.
