Young’uns… get your reiki on (ages 8-12)! Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing modality for stress reduction, relaxation and healing that is amazing for anyone at any age to learn and use.
In these classes you will learn how to give Reiki to yourself and others (including pets), learn Reiki’s history and get your Reiki 1 attunement & certificate. (Reiki can help with anxiety, stress, wellbeing and confidence… just to name a few.) Includes Children’s Reiki Instruction Manual. Bring a drink/snack for break time and dress comfortably.
