Join Karen for a Restorative Workshop to help you destress and regroup! This workshop includes all the best yoga tools to help promote relaxation and release: Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and massage. Please wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers. You will leave feeling refreshed and centered.
