Samuel Salsbury's 'Lessons From India: The Journey Continues'

Don’t miss Samuel Salsbury’s meditative, story-laced ‘Lessons From India: The Journey Continues’. Immerse yourself in the mesmerizing song of the ancient sarangi – including music recently performed for the music community of Varanasi, India.

Acclaimed musician, Samuel Salsbury, offers an enchanting evening of music, meditation, and storytelling.

Recently returned from ongoing studies in India, Samuel will play the sarangi, an ancient stringed instrument rarely heard in the west

Relax into the journey. Be transformed by the transcendent and hypnotic sarangi, soulful violin, engaging stories, and the opportunity to sit meditatively within rich silence infused with sublime sound. As special offerings, Samuel will play a little of Mahatma Gandhi’s favorite bhajan, ‘Sita Ram’, a gorgeous Alap from Raag Shyam Kalyan, and other sacred meditative pieces to open and soothe your heart. Samuel will also share some of the spiritual insights of his life journey.

This is not to be missed – especially if your life feels too frantic. Please join us!

Available for purchase: beautiful mandala paintings, colorful bags, silk scarfs and powerful mala beads that Samuel brought back from the holy city of Kashi (ancient Varanasi).
