TUESDAYS – Every Akron Historic Arts Tuesday YOUSday in the Akron Historic Arts District, at the Uncorked Wine Bar & High St. Hop House, Kinetic Artists sponsor a gathering of artists to create & make art, uniting souls together for the highest purpose of creativity!

A collaboration piece is setup next to an inspirational “theme” (optional); the Kinetic Art Room sits with a cozy view of Uncorked Open Mic Night happening on Gallery Stage in the common area (every Tuesday, kicking off at 7PM) hosted by Gretchen Pleuss. A Tuesday YOUSday Mic-Hike in the Akron Historic Arts District conspires to unite a cataclysm of local arts and expression to. jumpstart each with ft. the BLU-esday Tuesday Blues Jam at BLU Jazz+ (starting at 8PM)!

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.

Nonprofit and for-profit leadership and marketing/communication professionals interested in learning about SEEN and participating in a conversation about the importance of authenticity and representation in our work.
