In August 2020, students from Stow-Munroe Falls High School Drama Club will perform at the world’s largest performing arts festival, The Fringe Festival, in Edinburgh Scotland. We will be part of the American High School Theater Festival. SMFHS Theatre was nominated, fall of 2018. They went through a rigorous application process. They were among only 35 schools in Canada and the US selected to perform and the ONLY high school in OHIO. Each participant must earn $6000. The club bears the cost of total show production, including advertising, scripts and royalties. This is quite an honor for our school, city and state, as we will be representing our skills and talent in front of the whole world at this international festival.
