What you need: Bring yoga mat, blanket and anything else that will help you relax.

Are you feeling stressed? Do you carry tension in your body? Do you crave a minute break from the never ending, fast-paced roller coaster of tasks you’re on? Do you have trouble turning off the ongoing to do list in your mind to just relax for a minute? We invite you to make a conscious effort and get off of life’s highway for an hour of an exceptional experience with both physical and emotional benefits.
Join Svetla Morrison from the Quiet Mind Designed for a deep relaxation session. Push pause on life’s endless demands and give yourself the permission for an hour of self-care. Experience the bliss of deep relaxation with the help of Tibetan singing bowls. Enter an hour of lavender aroma and gentle sounds, and exit rejuvenated, rested and ready to tackle the week ahead in the most productive way.
