Stan Hywet 2016 Season: Family, Sharing Our Stories

Stan Hywet’s 2016 theme focuses on the Seiberling family and their accomplishments in “Family – Sharing Our Stories.”

Sharing Our Stories expresses the value of family to the Seiberlings in every facet of their lives.The family and its accomplishments are brought to life through family photo exhibits and Walk the Hall guides in the Manor House. In the gardens, Picturing the Past has been expanded to tell family stories.

Please note that hours, tour offerings and admissions prices will be different on days when there is a special event, including Mother’s Day, all Living History Days, Founders’ Day weekend, Father’s Day Car Show, and Ohio Mart. Admissions closes at 4:30 pm, but the the grounds stay open until 6pm. Stan Hywet is closed to the public on Mondays, with the exception of the following national holidays that fall on Mondays: Memorial Day, July 4, 2016 and Labor Day. On these days, the estate is open but, only self-guided tours are offered.

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.
