Details: This is a smoking cessation & mindfulness weekend via the team of Aculaser & Just Be. There are three main components and takes 4 hours total of your time. Wednesday afternoon is a “initiation experience” with Aculaser from 2-3:30pm. Each individual then gets their holistic and painless laser treatment Thurs or Friday (June 16, and/or 17) via appt. Treatments are less than one hour. This laser treatment stimulates both stress and relaxation points to help participants avoid or heavily minimize the withdrawal symptoms typically associated with quitting. Final session is back at the Gables of Hudson with Just Be on Friday June 17th from 6:30-8pm with your “meditation & mindfulness experience” focusing heavily on the mental aspects and the reality of now being a “non-smoker.” Your health is worth everything, please join us and quit for real!
