Teen Leadership Experience!

The City of Akron PeaceMakers are hosting their first Teen Leadership Experience. This one-day comprehensive leadership program is open to any Summit County student entering 9th or 10th grade this fall. The event will be held Saturday, June 18, 8:00am to 5:00pm, at the National Inventor’s Hall of Fame STEM Middle School, 199 S. Broadway ,in downtown Akron.

There is an $80.00 fee to attend, but there are many great benefits and perks for participants. Meals and materials are included. All participants are also invited to our after-conference event, the Akron Teen Party at Lock 3 (formerly Teen Expo). The event will feature activities designed for teenagers and will include dinner, games and entertainment. All is at no additional cost to participants.
