Enjoy a night under the stars with the entrancing, romantic melodies of Rimsky-Korsakov’s illustration of the fairy-tale wonders of Arabian Nights, Scheherazade – along with Tchaikovsky’s famous 1812 Overture – along with fireworks!
Johannes Debus returns to the Blossom Festival to lead performances of Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade on July 2 and 3 in a program that also features Shostakovich’s Suite for Variety Orchestra and Tchaikovsky’s “1812” Overture. Fireworks will follow the concert, weather permitting.
