Join us for our 45th annual spring show & sale in the greater Akron area on April 1-2, 2017; Saturday, 10am – 4pm; Sunday, noon to 4pm; located at Our Lady of the Elms, 1375 W Exchange St, Akron OH 44313; there are egg decorating classes for all ages:  Sat/Sun 1:30pm; go to website to register; Take a picture with the Easter Bunny; Face Painting; Other Children’s Activities Sat/Sun 1-4pm; See exquisite eggshell artistry; small, elegant arts/crafts; and taste gastronomical delights.  Website:  http://TheElegantEgg.weebly.com; leave a message at 330.322.7966; or e-mail Show Director @ ohioeggartistsguild@yahoo.com.

 

ADMISSION INFO

$5.00 age 18-adult; $2.50 age 12-17; under 12 FREE  $1 or $.50 off with postcard or ad

Young Children’s egg classes Sat/Sun 1:30 pm $5.00

Age 10-Adult Egg classes Sat/Sun 1:30 pm  $20 on Saturday; $40 on Sunday  Go to website for class info and registering for the same.

Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

April 4, 2024 | 12:00-1:00 p.m. | Online

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.

Nonprofit and for-profit leadership and marketing/communication professionals interested in learning about SEEN and participating in a conversation about the importance of authenticity and representation in our work.
