The Seven C's: Sacred Body Journey - Chakra Series

This workshop is presented as a seven part Transformation Series and is a progressive journey to unclog your body and energetic system. We teach a daily practice of tools for enhancing your resilience to stress ability to release, and raising your vibration. Attendance to the entire series is encouraged but benefits will be gained from attending any portion of it. 

This series is your personal invitation to go on a journey into discovering the sacred treasures within your own body. Rachel Basham and Alan Beers will gently and safely escort you through a combination of communication, balancing, grounding, movement, visualization, sound, and breath exercise adventures designed to unite and ignite the flow of vital life force energy that clears your chakras and returns your body to a state of well-being.
