The UA Choir program presents its spring concert with a “sensory symposium.”
Themed around the five senses, The UA choirs invite you to an afternoon of sensational music. Not only will you hear lovely melodies, you will use your other senses at out immersive symposium of local vendors prior to and during intermission. Smell different scents from a candle shop or taste different varieties of coffee, to name a few. It will be an event both you and your senses will never forget! It will be held on Sunday, April 28 at 3 p.m. in the Guzzetta Recital Hall. The concert will include works by Whitacre, Monteverdi, Runestad, Esenvalds, and Vaughan Williams. Marie Bucoy-Calavan conducts.
This concert is free and open to the public. For more information, please contact us at 330-972-8301 or concerts@uakron.edu.
