Ukulele Explosion- The Rubber City Ukes Featuring Shelby Olive

The Rubber City Ukes and affiliate group, Highland Square Ukes were both founded in 2016, as separate ukulele clubs. Both being in the Akron area we shared many of the same ukulele members, all wanting more opportunities to play music together. The two groups have joined their efforts together for performance opportunities. To date, the two groups have been able to raise enough money to donate 9 ukuleles to a school music program.

Uniting ukulele players of all ages and skill levels to enjoy this small but mighty instrument through learning to perform in a large group capacity. We welcome ALL SKILL LEVELS and are an ideal group for musicians looking to gain live experience. You can Jam with us and you can also perform with us.
