Vocal-Choral Festival Closing Concert

Choirs from the Hiland, Hudson, and Firestone high schools as well as UA’s Chamber Choir, and High School Honor Choir close the annual Vocal-Choral Festival in concert at 3:15 pm in E.J. Thomas Performing Arts Hall.

Choirs from the Hiland, Hudson, and Firestone high schools as well as UA’s Chamber Choir, and High School Honor Choir close the annual Vocal-Choral Festival in concert at 3:15 pm in E.J. Thomas Performing Arts Hall.   This event also features guest clinician Dr. Jerry Blackstone, Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan.

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.
