What a Relief it is

In this one day workshop participants will explore; ways to create line, texture and colors for printing in relief.  Relief process applies ink to the raised areas of a surface while leaving the low areas empty.  The class will include plexiglass to create imagery and explore printing in succession to include ghost printing and creating a small series.  We invite participants to make a “class” print where all participants add something to create a final image.  The class starts at 10:00 a.m., break for lunch (packed by participants) and work until 4:00 p.m., with a quick critique at the end of class.
