The 2018 Women’s Leadership Summit is a full day conference that will focus on leadership development, unconscious bias, and creating equitable workplaces.

The 2018 Women’s Leadership Summit is a full day conference that will focus on leadership development, unconscious bias, and creating equitable workplaces. The day features keynote speakers, Rabbi Jonah Pesner and Kathrine Switzer, the first woman to run the Boston Marathon, as well as workshops, lectures and panels on leadership development, strategic negotiation, organizational change, building inclusive workplaces, and more. Several afternoon sessions are HRCI accredited.

Women’s Network is an organization focuses on leadership development for women, equity and unconscious bias in the workplace, and thought leadership on advancing women’s lives and building inclusive communities + workplaces.

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.
