Hive Mind and the Works Progress Administration join forces to present WORKS IN PROGRESS AKRON!
Unlike our usual Works In Progress events, this one features COMPLETED music by Spitzer Space Telescope. This Chicago based artist, described by the Boston Pheonix as “Dangerous Folk,” specializes in traditional english folk, americana, roots music, with high energy live performances. He is currently on tour. We are excited to feature him at this fun artist-on-artist event. What is “Works in Progress” you ask? At this event, each artist is given a time slot of 15 minutes to present something they are currently working on. This could be any art form: visual, musical, dance, writing, video, craft, comedy, multimedia, etc. So, you as an artist have the opportunity to play with an idea you’ve been wanting to try, and get some feedback that could help you bring your work to completion!

PARKING INFO
Guests may park in the large parking lot across the street from our venue. Artists may park in our lot to unload their equipment and/or artwork. Handicapped individuals may also park in our parking lot on the right (North) side of Exchange Street.
