Collage Makes The World Go ‘Round! on World Collage Day, Saturday, May 11, 2019

Join locations around the globe on Saturday, May 11, 2019 to celebrate World Collage Day, an international celebration of the fine art of collage.

In Hudson, Uncommon ART Gallery & Studios will host a make-n-take project called “Collage Makes The World Go ‘Round!” using discarded music CDs.

The public is invited to drop in between 1:00 and 4:00pm to take part in the project. All supplies will be provided, and guests will be able to take their finished creations home. Small donations will be accepted but not required.

Gretchen Bierbaum, President and Founder of the National Collage Society (NCS), will be present in spirit with a pre-recorded presentation called “Discover Collage” that introduces NCS, and includes artwork by Bierbaum and 28 other artists.
