Angry Cow Poetry

Angry Cow Poetry is the brainchild of Keith Allison, who uses the name as a writer, spoken word artist, video editor and producer, and event host and coordinator, to lift the voices of many fantastic artists in the community and beyond. Keith is the author of three books, including his brand new release, Continuity Flaws. He has been a featured performer at the Boom Boom Room, the Center, Kolp’s Attic, Ms. Julie’s Kitchen, Nine Eighteen Nine Studio Gallery, the Outpost, the Rialto Theatre, Visible Voice Books, and more. Keith has made music and poetry videos for a number of artists and produces and edits a quarterly video poetry collection, Outdoor Voices in an Indoor World, that brings together a many amazing poetic voices. He has had videos chosen as official selections for the Monologues & Poetry International Film Fest and the Highland Square Film Fest, where his work received three nominations. Angry Cow Poetry hosts a live spoken word event every first Wednesday at the Rialto Theatre, with a featured spoken word artist and an open mic. You can find more information at www.angrycowpoetry.com
