Dance Your Soul ~ Every Sunday at The Natatorium located at 2345 4th St. in Cuyahoga Falls ~ 11:00am-12:30pm

This dance/movement is freestyle in nature and allows you to follow your own journey in creating a meditative, spiritual dance in a heartfelt community. The freedom and acceptance that exists at DYS has created a space for a wonderful community to develop and a place where people can feel supported in their self-expression of life through movement, meditation and dance.

Each DYS evolves in its own way. The DJ specially selects the mix of music to inspire the journey for people to experience their own personal movement.  The music and movement calms the mental chatter and allows people to feel more present and alive in their dance and in life.

Join us for a celebration of community and individual spirit in this meditative, spiritual, joyful and healing dance movement!  The music is eclectic and inspirational so wear comfortable clothes to move/dance/meditate. As your body moves your spirit soars! Adults of all ages are welcome!
