Hudson Community Choruses

The Hudson Community Choruses consist of 4 choruses; the Adult Chorus, the Adult Chamber Chorus, Youth Chorus and Children’s Chorus.  The  Adult and Chamber Chorus present two concerts a year in December  and May and they rehearse once a week on Tuesday evenings.  Their rehearsals are held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  in the choir room of First Congregational Church, 47 Aurora St., Hudson, Ohio. The chorus offers singers of all levels of ability and experience the opportunity to perform quality choral music in a friendly and supportive environment.  The Youth and Children’s Choruses rehearse on Mondays at Christ Church Episcopal, 21 Aurora St, Hudson.  The Youth Chorus is a treble chorus for girls and boys with unchanged voices, 5th through 12th grade.  A non-audition voice assessment is required for entrance to the Youth Chorus. The Children’s Chorus is for 3rd and 4th grade and no voice assessment is required.   The Youth Choruses perform 2 concerts a year with the Adult Choruses and also participate in a joint performance of the new Hudson Nutcracker Suite presentation with Hudson Conservatory of Ballet.
