The original Mogadore Branch Library opened on October 16, 1966 in a former First National Bank building valued at $65,000 purchased by J. Frank Kimmerline and given to the Akron Public Library. From 1967 through 1982 the costs of operating the branch were shared by the Akron-Summit County Public Library and the Portage County District Library. Arts & Culture Inclusion Council Presents: Representation Matters- Photography and Ad Spend

In this virtual workshop, Rob Greer, Tyron Hoisten, and Elizabeth Tipton will discuss why representation matters in advertising and content creation, drawing on their recent experience participating in ArtsNow’s SEEN initiative. This panel will be moderated by a member of the Arts & Culture Inclusion Council.
