Summit Artspace

Summit Artspace is a nonprofit community art center bringing together some of the best local artists, art education and arts organizations of the Greater Akron area. Our vision is to provide a welcoming place where the public and artists can meet and interact; to offer programming and events that encourage active participation in the arts; to showcase and promote more work by local visual and performing artists; and to provide an environment that is accessible to all who wish to create, educate and participate in arts-related activities and creative endeavors. Summit Artspace is a creative community housing several art galleries, exhibition spaces, artist studios, a creative business center, performance and event spaces, and offering a variety of art education workshops, lectures, demonstrations, performances and other art-related activities to people of all ages and ability.
