Akron has a plethora of amazing small businesses, and we’re so proud to use the best ingredients our area has to offer to make every bite of our baked goods the best you’ve ever eaten (and easy on the eyes, too!). Established in 2006 by West Akron native Mary Hospodarsky as a made-to-order bakery business, we’ve finally opened our first retail shop!  Sweet Mary’s Bakery continually strives to maintain a level of quality untapped by your average cookie mill or cakery. At the new shop you’ll still be able to find all of your favorites like Texas Sheet Cake, Frosted Sugar Cookies, and Apple Pie, plus we’ve added new items for breakfast and lunch and some amazing locally roasted coffee, pop, and fair trade teas.
