Brandi Eaton is a playwright. Her ten-minute play “A Telegram in the World of Smartphones” was the first-place winner at the 2014 8×10 TheatreFest held at Weathervane Playhouse and went on to be performed at the 2016 Short + Sweet Festival in Sydney, Australia.

A showcase of six of her ten-minute plays was staged at Western Reserve Playhouse in August 2017.

Her current work-in-progress is “Matt’s First (Real) Thanksgiving” which has been performed as a ten-minute play at Western Reserve Playhouse and as a thirty-minute play at the 2018 Summit StageFest. The ninety minute version had a Staged Reading at Western Reserve Playhouse in December 2017 and the full two-act version will be having a Staged Reading at The Rialto Theatre in October 2018.
