Tom’s an appreciation advocate, marketing expert and co-owner of The Impact Group, a Summit County Communications Firm (www.IGPR.com). He’s a writer of poetry, historical fiction, philosophy and works that inspire folks to BE the CHANGE they want to see in the world.

His first novel “Hannibal the Forging: was released in 2015. “Appreciology, The Art and Science of Appreciation,” and his second novel, “Linh,” a story where Dying Pride Meets Living Wisdom, were published in 2019.

He’s a husband, father, and in his spare time, a fitness nut.
