The Cassidy Theatre Board of Directors is now accepting statements of interest from local directors, musical directors, stage managers, choreographers, and costumers who are interested in being a part of our 2017 season!

If you are interested in submitting a statement of interest, please submit your resume, with the name of the production you are interested in working on, (if you are interested in multiple productions, please note in your email), production position/role (Example: Director), as well as a brief write up as to why you are interested in working at the Cassidy Theatre for the said production. Please submit above information by 09/20/2016 to office@cassidytheatre.com.

If you have a production team (Director, Music Director, and Choreographer) in mind for the piece that you are interested in, please include that information in your statement of interest along with the production team’s résumés. For all individual submissions the board will determine the production team based on statements of interest submitted by other individual artists. The CTI Board of Directors will meet the week of September 19, 2016 to review all applicants and may ask that you come in and present your concept for your production choices. Once this has been completed, the CTI Board of Directors will make selections shortly thereafter. We are extremely excited about our 2017 Season and hope that you will consider submitting a statement of interest.

February 10, 2017– February 26, 2017 – The Odd Couple (Comedy)

April 07, 2017 – April 23, 2017 – Titanic (Musical)

June 09, 2017 – June 25, 2017 – A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum (Musical)

August 04, 2017 – August 27, 2017 – You Can’t Take It With You (Comedy)

October 06, 2017 – October 22, 2017 – Pippin (Musical)

December 01, 2017 – December 17, 2017 – Nuncrackers (Musical)

*Please Note: Two of our productions have altered dates:

1. Titanic (Musical) – Production Dates 04/07 – 04/23 (Due to Easter on 04/16 – we will be adding a performance on Thursday 04/13 in place of Sunday 04/16).

2. You Can’t Take It With You – Production Dates – 08/04 – 08/27 (Due to City Home Days Celebration, we will not have a performances on the second weekending of August , we will start our run during the first week in August, skip the 2nd weekend and pick-up for the 3rd and 4th week of August).
