BASIC FUNCTION:
To ensure the theater is accessible for tenants and performers, and maintain the security of the stage door entrance as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure the stage door entrance as instructed by stage manager and event manager.
- Retrieve and set up tables, linens, chairs, etc. as needed by tenants and managers.
- Monitor the handicapped spaces in the employee lot as instructed.
- Remove trash from the backstage area as needed.
- Secure the entire building after events.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to work with people.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
- Must be available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous doorman experience.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in first aid procedures including CPR.
COMPENSATION:
- Part-time, hourly position.
