Each year, arts advocates from across the country convene in Washington, D.C. for Arts Advocacy Day. Arts Advocacy Day brings together a broad cross section of America’s cultural and civic organizations, along with more than 700 grassroots advocates from across the country, to underscore the importance of developing strong public policies and appropriating increased public funding for the arts.
Advocates will attend a full day of policy briefings, panels, and break out sessions, followed by the Nancy Hanks Lecture on Art & Public Policy at The John F. Kennedy Center. The next day, advocates will head to Capitol Hill to share their knowledge, insight, and stories with their U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives. Will you join us in the Nation’s Capitol to fight for the arts? Register now!
