OVERVIEW

A full-time position with the expectation of 40 hours per week, the Director of Programming will have both internal and external facing responsibilities, ranging from project development and management to administration (information technology, reporting, development, budgeting), and relationship management. The Director of Programming will report directly to and partner closely with the executive director to advance ArtsNow’s future growth and strategic implementation of the Akron Cultural Plan. This position will require someone who can work remotely as well as in the office. As arts and culture continue to reopen, this position will necessitate travel and meetings on-site with partners across the county.
